Mark Arts, a visual arts studio and classroom facility, is a 40,407 square foot new construction project in East Wichita, Kansas.
This project has a sophisticated mechanical system with humidity controls, large fiberglass underground ductwork and building automation system to maintain close tolerances on the art it houses. The system also is capable of handling a venue space with variable occupancy load. Additionally, custom stainless-steel counter tops were fabricated and installed in the Metals and Jewelry studio for brazing.
