We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Insulation Division Manager  to join our Wichita, KS team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for all commercial insulation projects.
• Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, logistics, and jobsite coordination.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and customer specifications.
• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of insulation projects for commercial buildings (e.g., hospitals, schools, warehouses).
• Create and manage annual budgets, project forecasts, and division P&L.
• Monitor job performance, budgets, and project timelines.
• Resolve field issues, change orders, and delays in coordination with clients and site teams.
• Cultivate relationships with general contractors, mechanical contractors, engineers, and property managers.
• Respond to RFQs and RFPs with detailed bids and proposals.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities to grow the division.
• Ensure profitability through effective cost control, material management, and labor productivity.
• Recruit, train, and supervise foremen, project managers, estimators, and field crews.
• Conduct performance evaluations and enforce accountability.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and professional development.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in insulation project management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insulation types (fiberglass, mineral wool, foam, etc.) and applications (mechanical, HVAC, duct, pipe, wall/roof systems).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and mechanical codes.

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
