NEW CONSTRUCTION

The Northwest Water Treatment Facility project located in Wichita, Kansas is the largest infrastructure project in the city’s history focused on providing high-quality and reliable water supply for Wichita and surrounding communities.

This project included one of the largest water building structures on site that plays a major role in filtration. At the WBS 320 Filter Building, we installed the complete drain, waste and vent system, gas piping, non-potable water piping, plumbing specialties, and all plumbing equipment required. Over 300 linear feet of 8 inch 29-4C / 430 stainless steel dehumidification flue piping was installed from the pipe gallery (basement) to the operations level.

The dehumidification units located in the pipe gallery weighing at 10,000 lbs each were installed utilizing air skates. Additionally, on the HVAC side we installed all supply, return, combustion air intake, and exhaust systems in this building to include all HVAC equipment.
