Bill Nichols - Piping General Superintendent
We are proud to recognize Bill Nichols as Central Consolidated’s RISCIT Q2 Employee for 2026.
Bill has been a dedicated member of the Central Team since 1993. He began his career as a helper and progressed through the roles of apprentice, journeyman, and foreman before stepping into his current position as Piping General Superintendent. Bill is currently responsible for supervising crews, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Bill was nominated by his Team for exemplifying the core values that define Central.
One Team member shared:
“Bill’s dedication to Central exemplifies every core value we have. His selflessness, respect, integrity, and teamwork are foundational for our Team. His dedication to his Team carries over to our clients, and that commitment has built solid relationships with many of them. He sacrifices his time to ensure his Team succeeds, and even under the tremendous amount of pressure placed on him, he always wears a smile and shows a willingness to assist. Bill’s actions and dedication reflect greatly on the company, our employees, and our clients.”
Another Team member added:
“Bill has, time and time again, come up with the exact solution to a problem straight from his wealth of knowledge, saving the entire construction service Team multiple headaches. He voluntarily works long hours to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and proper manner, and you never hear him complain. He is always willing to train others on something they may not know, and no question is ever a stupid question to him. I genuinely believe that without him here, we would not be as efficient as we are. He is our encyclopedia of all things plumbing and more.”
Bill’s decades of experience, leadership, and unwavering commitment to his Team and clients make him truly deserving of this recognition.
Congratulations, Bill, and thank you for consistently living out RISCIT (Respect, Integrity, Safety, Care for Assets, Improvement, and Teamwork) in everything you do!
