"It is with tremendous pride and respect that I am reaching out to you and the rest of the amazing Central Consolidated Team to say that you all have once again come through for me in my time of need. 

After finding myself in quite an unfortunate situation with another vendor and expectations on my team increasing on an urgent repair, I reached out to the man, the myth, the Legend, Wade Gilbertson in the hopes that he would be able to provide the necessary and critical support needed to overcome the challenge. 

Not only did he offer his immediate and unwavering support, offered up the services of the Central Fab Shop, cleared a path for urgent attention AND delivery of the materials once ready, he personally delivered the necessary fittings not once, but TWICE after we learned that our situation unexpectedly changed and further attention/hardware was required to finish the job. 

In addition, it was serendipitous that the Central team was onsite during this period working with another vendor to Pfizer, and just happened to have 2 technicians coming to the site to address concerns for the other vendor. As soon as they fulfilled their obligations to the other vendor, they immediately came over to assess the situation and identify how they could be most effective/helpful. Those 2 technicians are a perfect example of what I believe Central Consolidated offers, and I want to go on record as saying that they are exceptional and talented individuals that I am eternally grateful for, as well. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and safety-minded perspectives go a very long ways in our environment, and should be recognized some way. 

I’ve seen somewhere a few times on updates I follow on social media, probably LinkedIn, a reference to Central’s “Technician Of The Month”, and I can’t possibly think of 2 more deserving colleagues representing Central Consolidated.  I’ve attached a photo they were both kind enough to be seen in with me for reference 😊
