Vincent Serna - Mechanical Project Manager

We’re excited to highlight Vincent Serna as Central Consolidated’s featured employee this month!


Vincent has been a valued employee of the Central Consolidated Team since 2022, beginning his career with Central as a Project Engineer before advancing into his current role as Mechanical Project Manager. In his current role, Vincent oversees mechanical construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project coordination from start to finish. With eight years of project management experience, he brings strong communication and organizational skills to every project. His leadership, Teamwork, and commitment to building strong client relationships are key factors in delivering successful projects and ensuring client satisfaction.


His Teammates describe him as a Team player who is always willing to lend a hand. “Vincent always goes above and beyond to help find solutions to any issues or challenges that might arise and does so in a timely manner.”
