We are proud to recognize Nick Gilchrist as Central Consolidated’s RISCIT Q4 Employee for 2026.

Nick has been a dedicated member of the Central Team since May 2026. As Director of Safety, he plays a vital role in promoting a safe work environment and ensuring the well-being of our Teammates. From overseeing safety programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, to providing training and guidance, Nick is committed to maintaining a strong culture of safety throughout Central. His dedication extends beyond the responsibilities of his role, working closely with Teammates across all divisions to identify potential hazards, implement preventative measures, and create a safe workplace for everyone.

Nick was nominated by his Team for exemplifying the core values that define Central. One Team member shared: “I can’t express how much I appreciate Nick taking the time to make sure we have a solid plan in place and, most importantly, that our guys are working safely and going home to their families at the end of the day.”

Other Team members added: “Nick has jumped in and already made our Safety Department so much better. He always has a smile on his face and works hard to make change. He also has onboarded over 50 people since he has been here. What a great addition to our Team.”
