Stratton has been a dedicated member of the Central Team since 2023. As Lead Project Engineer, Stratton is a trusted resource for the Mechanical Construction Team, consistently providing technical expertise, guidance, and support. Whether troubleshooting complex technical issues, offering a second set of eyes, or mentoring Teammates, he is always willing to step in. His dedication extends well beyond the responsibilities of his role, ensuring projects stay on track and his team has the support they need to succeed.

Stratton was nominated by his Team for exemplifying the core values that define Central. One Team member shared:

"Stratton has been a formidable teammate in the PE team and is always our first go-to for issues within the office with technical difficulties, a second set of eyes, or if we just plain need advice on something within our roles. I have never once seen Stratton back down from a task, and he dives deep into things even far beyond his job title in order to make sure something gets done. People can say that 'the job can run itself,' but the truth is, without a PE like Stratton making sure the ship stays straight, it's nothing but a lie. If anyone deserves recognition, it's him."
